Succession planning

We are members of a specialist professional body known as the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. This enables us to provide expert advice on passing assets through the generations. We advise on land, farm and business transfers, advice on tax matters and setting up and administering trusts.

Will drafting

We drafts hundreds of wills every year covering all types of circumstances, cases and asset values, whether large or small. We deal with unique family situations and in full confidence guide clients who wish to deal with sensitive family matters.

Estate Administration

We help clients to manage the affairs of their loved ones after they have passed away.

Will Litigation

We have particular expertise in dealing with will and estate disputes. This work can involve challenging a will because a person believes it is not validly made, or assisting beneficiaries who may have been promised assets during the lifetime of the deceased. We also defend these types of claims when acting for estates.

Capacity Work

We assist clients in relation to drafting enduring powers of attorney, applications to court for the appointment of decision making representatives and also preparing advanced healthcare directives.

Property work

We have a wealth of experience in all areas of property law, to include the purchase and selling of property, be it residential or commercial property. We act for individuals, landlords and business owners on lease issues. We also specialise in title rectification particularly through squatter style applications in the Land Registry.
